S’il s’agit de civiliser les autres peuples comme les USA le firent dans le passé avec les Amérindiens et les esclaves noirs, c’est vrai que cela parait inquiétant. Pour dominer le monde, les Etats-Unis doivent dominer l’Eurasie, écrit cet idéologue car l’Eurasie dans son entier, avec l’Europe, la Russie, l’Inde, la Chine et le Japon est une puissance virtuelle formidable. Il faut donc faire de l’Europe occidentale des Etats satellites, isoler la Russie et si possible la démembrer, créer un conflit entre la Russie et l’Ukraine, maintenir la tutelle sur le Japon, et surveiller l’Inde et la Chine. Mais il faut des priorités dans un tel programme si vaste : la priorité est de désigner la Russie comme un ennemi.
