When a confusing state is positioned and a target is design, the confusion follows a pattern, this pattern being confuse is quite difficult to decipher however it has a trajectory, its strategy is not planed but is rather random, however once the target has being design, the course remains on that target disregarding random events in time & space. When the target is WMD and the disappearance of them, the target will remain focus on that end, and it’s confusing guidance will lead it to the edge, however it is just at this moment that confusion inverts itself, action them is eminent however the timing is the key to the transition!

Entropy is the factor by which a confusing state operates, however when this process has a target, confusion evolves on a different way, it confuses but with an aim, a purpose a precise purpose and confusion will not deviate from it until it reaches its target. The problem with confusion that operates on a precise target, is that operates very precisely and timing is of absolute importance. As its nature of confusion once it reaches its target, is to mutate itself. Is for this simple reason that timing is of extreme important at the moment the target will be achieve, and to complete it, and reverts it into a material fact action must be taken to achieve the desire policy.

The brain does not operate on the same level as a computer, however mechanically it operates like a computer, I mention mechanically because the brains memory banks are not like a computer memory banks, they have a time controller, that functions on a different form of time, a robot learns its movement by inputs, while the mind is by a time storages capability. In other words when a hand is move is not because of a learning process but a time process, character being the word often use to describe this time storage process, however it is not an instinct but the storage device just operates between the brain as a time machine and this keeps the individual balance between what the mind absorbs and its gravitational behavior. A computer memory is limited as functions in capacity, the brains memory functions in time so it is not concern with capacity, it just switches between them and now, yesterday and tomorrow for instance, dreams and many other things.
However that is what WMD are when wars takes place, mentioning encouraging or any other input creates it.
