Il faut donc faire de l’Europe occidentale des Etats satellites, isoler la Russie et si possible la démembrer, créer un conflit entre la Russie et l’Ukraine, maintenir la tutelle sur le Japon, et surveiller l’Inde et la Chine. Mais il faut des priorités dans un tel programme si vaste : la priorité est de désigner la Russie comme un ennemi.

l'histoire fonctionne de deux maniéré une naturelle et l'autre exclusivement mental, pour l'organisme humain. dans le domaine naturelle cet un processus dans une macrocosmes microscopique, dans le domaine mental cet une saut de un moment a l'autre ou les images ce ressemble mais la réalité et tout a fait autre, la même histoire ce transforme vis avis son temps, par example 1776 en Amérique cet une réalité mentale la quelle dévoile son contraire en 2014, le processus et complètement inverse de une république en 1776 a une oligarchie en 2014, de une démocratie a une dictature actuellement en Amérique. l'histoire vécue montre une dictature comme celle de Staline, ou hitler...! mais 2014 ce n'es pas 1940, ni 1940 est 2014. la raison des arrangement de Staline en 1940 et les arrangement en 2014 entre la Pologne et la russie de nos jours ont aucune rapport dans la réalité mentale, mais ils ont une rapport dans la réalité naturelle de l'histoire la quelle est une processus. les historiant ont une perception du temps limite équivoque dans son amplitude mais logique dans une parcours du temps linaire. malheureusement le temps ne pas linaire il est plutôt sphérique dans le domaine mental et éternelle dans le domaine naturelle. cette confusion du fonctionnement du temps peut Etre la cause de le cercle répétitive que les mentalité font avant d’évoluer .
